ANJA Purple Ticket Contest — Official Rules

These Official Rules ("Rules") govern participation in the ANJA Purple Ticket Contest Promotion ("Promotion") sponsored by ANJA Dispensary, located at 225 Woodbridge Ave. Highland Park, NJ 08904 ("Sponsor," "we," "us," or "our"). By participating in the Promotion, each participant ("entrant" or "you") agrees to comply with these Rules and all applicable laws.

1. Eligibility

1.1. The Promotion is open only to adults who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry and possess a valid government-issued ID, who purchase a ButACake product, during the Promotion Period.

1.2. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or members of the same household are not eligible to enter or win.

1.3. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

1.4. Participation in this Promotion is intended solely for personal entertainment and promotional purposes and is not connected to any lottery or game of chance prohibited under New Jersey law.

2. Promotion Period

2.1. The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on November 8th, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on December 25th, 2025 ("Promotion Period").

2.2. Purchases made outside of the Promotion Period will not be valid.

3. How to Enter

3.1. Purchase Required: To enter, participants must purchase any ButACake product from ANJA Dispensary, located at 225 Woodbridge Ave. Highland Park, NJ 08904.

3.2. With each ButACake product purchase, you will receive a special "Purple Ticket"

3.3. Follow the instructions printed on the ticket to see if you won a free gift.

3.4. There is no alternative method of entry. Only purchases made during the Promotion Period qualify.

3.5. ANJA Life LLC reserves the right to verify proof of purchase and eligibility before awarding any gifts.

3.6. ANJA Life LLC is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced Purple Tickets.

4. Gifts

4.1. Each Purple Ticket corresponds to one (1) potential gift as described on the ticket. Gifts may include:

4.2.1 "Grand Prize": "Free ButACake product," "ButACake merchandise," "Free Green Lightning Product", and/or "Other products".

4.2.2. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $200

4.2.3. Total number of gifts available: 5

4.2.4. Gifts are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

4.2.5. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a gift of equal or greater value in the event the advertised gift becomes unavailable.

4.2.6. Limit one (1) gift per entry.

4.3.1 "Pre-roll Prize": "Free Green Lightning Product" and/or "Other products".

4.3.2. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $15

4.3.3. Total number of gifts available: 100

4.3.4. Gifts are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

4.3.5. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a gift of equal or greater value in the event the advertised gift becomes unavailable.

4.3.6. Limit one (1) gift per entry.

5. Winner Verification and Notification

5.1. To claim a gift a winner must present their Purple Ticket in person at ANJA Dispensary within 7 days of the end of the Promotion Period and provide valid government-issued identification.

5.2. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and require the winner to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release before distributing the gift.

5.3. If a winner fails to respond or complete required documentation within the specified time, they may forfeit the gift.

5.4. Sponsor's decisions are final in all matters related to the Promotion.

6. Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with gift acceptance. If the total value of a winner's gifts equals or exceeds $600, the Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC, as required by law.

7. Publicity

By accepting a gift, each winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and/or image for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes in any media, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions

8.1. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity or fairness of the Promotion.

8.2. Any attempt to deliberately tamper with or undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and pursue legal remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8.3. Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, typographical mistakes, lost entries, or other issues beyond its reasonable control.

8.4. By participating, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation or prize use.

9. Compliance with Cannabis Regulations

9.1. This Promotion is solely intended for promotional purposes and conducted in compliance with all applicable New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission guidelines.

9.2. Promotion participation and gifts are limited to individuals who are legally eligible to purchase and possess cannabis products in New Jersey.

9.3. No cannabis product or related item is provided as a gift beyond what is lawfully allowed under New Jersey law.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for administration of this Promotion and in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.getanja.com/privacy-policy. Information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required by law.

11. Governing Law

This Promotion and these Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or connected with this Promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Essex County, New Jersey.
